Terms and Conditions of Sale
We welcome you between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM. If you wish to arrive earlier or later, please specify this at the time of booking. In case of a delay, kindly inform us so we can arrange your check-in accordingly.
CHECK-IN TIME :
Your room must be vacated by 11:00 AM. Please remember to leave your room key with your hosts before your departure.
CHECK-OUT TIME :
Breakfast is served between 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM in our breakfast room or on our terrace, depending on the weather.
The table d'hôtes is open by reservation, with meals served at 8:00 PM.
BREAKFAST AND TABLE D'HÔTES :
Cash and credit card (CB).
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS ON SITE:
The tourist tax is an additional charge (€1,05 per adult per night).
TOURIST TAX :
- Customers may cancel their reservation free of charge 21 days prior to arrival.
- Customers must pay 50% of the total amount if they cancel within 21 days of arrival.
- In the event of no-show, the full amount of the reservation must be paid.
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY :
Pets are welcome on request. A supplement €10/night will be charged.

The Bastide de Cordes welcomes you year-round.
OPENING DAYS :
Although our natural environment is well-preserved, it is still fragile. Because we want your stay to be as sustainable as possible, La Bastide de Cordes is committed to adopting the most eco-friendly practices on a daily basis to reduce our environmental impact.

- La Bastide de Cordes is equipped with showers (instead of bathtubs) in order to reduce water consumption.
- La Bastide de Cordes is equipped with low energy consumption light bulbs.
- La Bastide de Cordes is equipped with a well that collects rainwater used for watering flower beds.
- La Bastide de Cordes is equipped with refillable dispensers for shower gels and shampoos.
- We use primarily organic cleaning products.
- We have essentially recycled furniture to which we give a new life.
- We have a composting area for all organic waste.
- We have bins for sorting glass, paper, plastic, and metal.
- Our garden is in the process of LPO certification to protect wildlife and plant life.
Thank you for supporting us in this approach by making a few simple gestures:
- Avoid staying in the shower for too long.
- Turn off lights and unnecessary lighting.
- Do not leave the heating nor air conditioning on when the windows are open.
